Around one in five women with ovarian cancer are diagnosed below the age of 50. 

Ovarian Cancer Action - together with cancer charities Ovacome, Target Ovarian Cancer and the Eve Appeal - have produced A Younger Woman's Guide to Ovarian Cancer. This booklet provides information on treatment, relationships, fertility and facing an early menopause after ovarian cancer treatment in your fertile years. This guide has been written by health professionals and experts, and was developed through consultation with women who have had ovarian cancer.
