Supporter Care Officer

Salary: circa £25-29k (dependent on experience)

Contract type: Permanent/full time

This is a key role is part of a small but ambitious and growing fundraising team and is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to Ovarian Cancer Action donors and prospective supporters, building strong and loyal relationships through written and verbal communication and ensuring efficient administration of donations and maintenance of accurate database records.

Digital Marketing Officer

Salary: circa £25-29k (dependent on experience)

Contract type: Permanent/full time

We’re looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Officer to support the Communications Team in all its activities, including day to day maintenance of our website and social media communities. You will use your understanding of data and analytics to inform your decisions and grow our channels.

This is a key role within the Communications Team, supporting Ovarian Cancer Action’s strategy for growth across all channels by creating engaging and innovative content to meet audiences’ needs. You will also work across various teams to support both marketing and fundraising campaigns in order to increase reach, build supporter awareness and grow our brand.
