But these opportunities can only happen when researchers, hospitals and organisations work together with the ovarian cancer community.

Ovarian Cancer Action shares these opportunities to help connect our community with ongoing research, but we do not endorse individual studies and cannot accept liability for participation in any project listed on this page.

Why research studies matter

Ovarian cancer research and clinical trials are helping change the future for people affected by the disease. They are one of the fastest ways to improve treatments, develop kinder therapies and help more people live longer after diagnosis. For many people with ovarian cancer, treatment options today only exist because previous patients took part in research. Clinical trials help researchers understand which treatments work best, how to reduce side effects and how to improve care at every stage of diagnosis and treatment.
