Give at a funeral service

Losing a loved one to ovarian cancer, sadly, happens too often and asking your family and friends to donate at a loved one’s funeral or memorial service is a beautiful way to celebrate their life.

Donating in memory can be a way to celebrate a loved one’s life and pay tribute to causes that are important to them. You can collect donations in lieu of flowers, allowing friends and family to pay their respects in a way that better reflects your loved one’s life.

How can I collect donations as part of the funeral?

Online

The simplest way is to set up a Tribute fund page or funeral notice online and send the link to friends and family. Find out more about setting up a fund in memory of your loved one.

Cheques

Your friends and relatives may prefer to make their donation by cheque.

Please cheques payable to ‘Ovarian Cancer Action’. We recommend collecting all the cheques and post them together with any gift aid forms and enclosing a brief note including the name of your loved one, your name, address and telephone number, to:

Order donation envelopes and pin badges

We can send you Ovarian Cancer Action pin badges as a lovely way to thank guests for their kind donation. These items are free of charge so we ask that you order only as many as you need.
