Firstly, thank you so much for sharing your story with Ovarian Cancer Action. This form explains how we will use your story (photography, video, audio or written), and replaces anything signed previously for us.

Using your story

Your images, recordings or story will be stored in our content library, and will only be used to promote Ovarian Cancer Action’s work both internally and externally. We may use your story in different ways across our channels, including printed marketing, campaigning and fundraising materials, emails, social media channels and our website. This means we may need to share your image with third parties, such as social media platforms or email software providers.

We will use your data in our communications for a period of 3 years, after which we’ll ask for your consent again before using it any further.

Your details

We need your details in case we need to get in touch about using your story or if you want to withdraw your consent. We’ll store your details securely and won’t use those details for anything else.
