Katie joined TBWA\London as Managing Director in April 2019, having previously led Grey London’s flagship £40m M&S retail business, whilst heading up their 85 strong Account Leadership department. Katie has also spent time as a client, becoming Head of Marketing for luxury womenswear brand ME+EM in 2013. She had stints at Leagas Delaney, RKCR/Y&R and independent agency, Brothers & Sisters, where she led the award-winning ‘Bears’ campaign for Center Parcs in 2015. She describes herself as a staunch feminist, sitting on the Omniwomen UK + Allies 2020 Committee and mentoring a (now) 15 year old girl every Saturday in South London.
