Emma Scott, Chair

Emma leads the Next Generation Women's Collective as the chair. For the past decade Emma, has also been a Non-Executive Director at Ovarian Cancer Action and chairs the Remuneration and Nomination and Fundraising Committees. Emma is an award-winning CEO and experienced Non-Executive Director across public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She recently stepped down as CEO of Beano Studios where she transformed the comic brand to become a global entertainment business with a TV production company, digital and e-commerce platform, and creative agency. Prior to that, Emma was CEO of Freesat, the digital satellite TV service, an ITV Plc and BBC joint venture. She previously launched Freeview and was Chief of Staff to BBC Director-General, Greg Dyke, leading major strategic initiatives for the corporation.
