Individual Giving & Supporter Care Manager

Ovarian Cancer Action (OCA) is the UK’s ovarian cancer research charity. From funding scientists on the front line, to mobilising millions of people across the UK to take action - we’re driven by a vision of a world without ovarian cancer and a belief that we can create a better future.

We are looking for an experienced individual giving and supporter care fundraiser with a knowledge of community fundraising. They will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition of new individual givers, all supporter care processes and the management of the fundraising database. They will also oversee the Community Fundraiser to deliver all community fundraising income streams.

We are looking for an experienced, well-organised, process-driven fundraiser to grow the income from individual giving. They will also be overseeing all supporter care processes across fundraising to ensure that all supporters receive an excellent supporter journey.

The post forms part of the Fundraising Team which is comprised of Corporate, Challenge Events, Trusts & Foundations, Major Donor and Community Fundraising. This is a new role in the team and will play an important part in driving further growth to reach the charity’s ambitious 5 year projected income.

Community Fundraiser

Ovarian Cancer Action (OCA) is the UK’s ovarian cancer research charity. From funding scientists on the front line, to mobilising millions of people across the UK to take action - we’re driven by a vision of a world without ovarian cancer and a belief that we can create a better future.

We are looking for a talented, well-organised, process-driven relationship builder to maintain, develop and grow the key income derived from community fundraising for the organisation.

The post forms part of the Fundraising Team which is comprised of Corporate, Challenge Events, Trusts & Foundations, Major Donor and Community Fundraising. This role will play an important part in driving forward further growth and helping to build a sustainable base of long-term fundraising support for the charity’s work.

Finance and Office Manager

Ovarian Cancer Action (OCA) is the UK’s ovarian cancer research charity. From funding scientists on the front line, to mobilising millions of people across the UK to take action - we’re driven by a vision of a world without ovarian cancer and a belief that we can create a better future.

We are currently looking for a highly organised, motivated, enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our growing team as Finance and Office Manager (FOM). The FOM will manage the day-to-day running of the OCA office and work alongside our Finance Officer to ensure smooth financial reporting.

The FOM will be flexible and able to balance competing priorities. They’ll be open to supporting the team in whatever activities arise. The FOM will be excellent at setting up and following regular processes and procedures, and will be given the autonomy to implement their own processes to get the best results for the charity and the team. They will help drive a culture of efficiency across the whole OCA team.

The right candidate will understand the importance of effective office management to achieve our charitable goals, and want to contribute to our vision of a world without ovarian cancer.
