Fundraising Intern (paid)

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our fundraising team. You will be passionate about what you do – and determined to make a difference. This paid internship position will provide an invaluable opportunity to gain essential skills and experience in key aspects of fundraising for a leading charity. 

The post will support the other members of the Fundraising Team which comprises Corporate, Challenge Events, Trusts & Foundations, Major Donor and Community Fundraising. This role will play an important part in the day to day running of the team and ensure that the team can continue to increase income through conducting research and assisting on events and applications to grant makers.

You will leave Ovarian Cancer Action with a full understanding of how a fundraising team operates. You will also have the opportunity to learn about Communications, Operations and Healthcare Projects management and how all the departments interact.

Trust Fundraiser

We are looking for a talented, well-organised, relationship builder and bid writer to maintain, develop and grow key income for the organisation from trusts and foundations.

The post forms part of the Fundraising Team which comprises Corporate, Challenge Events, Trusts & Foundations, Major Donor and Community Fundraising. This role will play an important part in driving forward further growth and helping to build a sustainable base of long-term fundraising support for the charity’s work.

Individual Giving & Supporter Care Manager

We are looking for an experienced individual giving and supporter care fundraiser with a knowledge of community fundraising. They will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition of new individual givers, all supporter care processes and the management of the fundraising database. They will also oversee the Community Fundraiser to deliver all community fundraising income streams.

We are looking for an experienced, well-organised, process-driven fundraiser to grow the income from individual giving. They will also be overseeing all supporter care processes across fundraising to ensure that all supporters receive an excellent supporter journey.

The post forms part of the Fundraising Team which comprises Corporate, Challenge Events, Trusts & Foundations, Major Donor and Community Fundraising. This is a new role in the team and will play an important part in driving further growth to reach the charity’s ambitious 5 year projected income.
