There are many ways that you can spread the word to help women recognise the symptoms of ovarian cancer and take action.
Share our film
A quick and easy way to raise awareness of ovarian cancer and to help people remember the signs and symptoms is to share our film where our supporters talk about the disease.
You could post our film on twitter and facebook or even include it in your email signature. Share it today and encourage women and men to dispel the myths and look out for the signs.
Distribute our leaflets
You could speak to your local GP surgery or pharmacy about displaying our posters and giving out our leaflets. Or you could put up our posters in the women’s toilet or in the kitchen area of your workplace.
To find out the latest from us and let people know what we’re doing, you could:
Share your story on our website
Sharing your story and experiences of ovarian cancer can help other people who are affected by the disease to feel less alone.
Please complete our online form if you would like to share your story of ovarian cancer on our website, whether you are a woman with ovarian cancer or a relative, partner or friend whose loved one had the disease.
Blog for us
Have you just raised £500 holding a face painting competition at your local school? Do you want to let people know what it felt like to experience the symptoms of ovarian cancer?
We’d love to hear from you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to talk about writing a short blog for our website.
